Your booked day tickets will be sent as print@home tickets (PDF) to the e-mail address you have provided.
As a rule, you will receive your tickets at the beginning of the week of the match day as Print@home by e-mail. Under certain circumstances it may be earlier. You are also welcome to present your tickets digitally and do not necessarily have to print them out.
As a rule, you will receive your invoice separately by post within 2 weeks of placing your order.
In principle, you will receive 1 parking ticket for every 2 tickets for the area you have booked. The parking tickets will be sent to you together with the day tickets as a PDF by e-mail.

The VIP areas will remain open until at least 90 minutes after the final whistle. The parking lots will remain open in the same way as the VIP areas.
